Pune: In a heartwarming gesture of community service, Poona Mid-Town Round Table No. 65 (PMRT 65) and Poona Mid-Town Ladies Circle No. 53 (PMLC 53) distributed Chikki packets and medicines to more than 35,000 Warkari devotees at Wadki, Pune.
This charitable initiative was made possible by the generous contribution of Tabler Nikhil Palod, Circler Ankita Palod, and their entire team at Velocity Supply Chain Private Limited, who funded the entire donation drive.
The event saw the participation of several key members, including Chairman Elect Anish Agrawal, Secretary Elect Swapnil Khater, Nikhil Palod, Pratik Shah, Rohan Mantri, Harshit Shand, and Sandeep Patil. The atmosphere was vibrant with the spiritual chants of Bhajans and the resonant slogans of “Vitthal Vitthal” echoing throughout the event.
PMRT 65 and PMLC 53 are volunteer-led, non-political, and non-sectarian organizations committed to promoting service, fellowship, and goodwill in both national and international spheres. Their dedicated young team focuses on addressing the larger needs of the community through sustainable community building projects and various service initiatives.
