In a major boost for Indian golf fans, the PGA Tour action will now be available free in India and some other countries beginning this week. Indian viewers will get to see the world’s biggest golf stars on the PGA Tour on Samsung TV Plus, which is Samsung’s free ad-supported TV (FAST) service,
Besides India, the PGA TOUR action will also be available free for viewers on the platform in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, India, and South Korea beginning this week.
This week the PGA Tour begins the new season with Fortinet Championships, which will see Arjun Atwal in action. Atwal is the only Indian to have won on the PGA Tour and now plays both the PGA Tour and PGA Champions Tour.
Samsung’s free ad-supported TV (FAST) service on Samsung TV Plus already delivers more than 2,300 live channels and thousands of on-demand movies and TV shows to hundreds of millions of users across the globe – all 100% free.

Apart from being able to view on Samsung Smart TVs, it will also be available on mobile and tablet devices 24/7. It will also feature some award-winning content from PGA TOUR Entertainment, including PGA TOUR Originals such as Tiger Tracks and Tiger Tales, official films, round and tournament recaps, as well as PGA TOUR player profiles.
