Xiaomi accepted its partnership with Leica several months back and the first result arrived on 4 July, and it is the Xiaomi 12S series. The brand has been confirming the launch of the phone. The main phone in all series along with the top end features will be the Xiaomi 12S Ultra.
The CEO Lei Jun has confirmed on Twitter and Weibo that the phone will arrive on 4 July. All series of the smartphone are:
- Xiaomi 12S Ultra
- Xiaomi 12S Pro
- Xiaomi 12S
It is hosted the program two days before the ROG Smartphone 6 launched which could means that the Xiaomi will become the first to come along with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen1
Specifications
- It was shown that the 12S Pro will also arrive in two models out of which will have 9000 Dimensity while some other will get a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 + Gen 1.
- The Pro model could get up to 120W charging and should be arrived in many models with up to 512GB of internal storage.
- The phone has a display of 6.7inches QHD and a refresh rate is 120Hz.
- The chipset which will be paired along with 8/12GB of LPDDR5 RAM.
- It comes with 256 and 512GB of internal storage.
- Under the hood, the ultra-model with the setup of a triple rear camera.
- It will be a 48MP ultrawide snapper, a 48MP telephoto camera along with 5x optical zoom and a 50MP main camera with OIS powered.
